Installation-Service Manager

Closets by Design is well established and growing custom closet and home organizing company. We are currently looking to add an Installation-Service Manager. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, motivated individual who enjoys a challenge and is able to multi task. You must be able to fill the position immediately. 

Job Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of service/customer service within the installation department.   Assist the Install Manager with management of the installation department as needed. Responsibilities include managing and leading Installers, service technicians and Installer assistants (helpers), support staff with service/customer service issue related to installations. Manage and schedule each service project from start to finish. Interact with customers, designers and the production department and install department. Installation-Service Manager must place high emphasis on customer service and accounts receivable. 

Job Requirements

• Candidates should have minimum 2 years of experience as a installation manager and/or service manager in home improvement industry and should have a strong background in "hands on" home improvements projects with 2-4 years of experience in product installation (which may include home improvement/building maintenance, appliance repair/installation, kitchen/bathroom installation as well as other closet/cabinet experience).  Work in the closet industry a PLUS!!!
• Must be able to demonstrate superior organization, time management and customer service skills from prior work experiences.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Must be able to multi task and be highly organized.
• Skillful management ability to manage and develop people. 
• Good communication skills.
