Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of a Sales Coordinator. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. 

Job Requirements

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage designers appointment calendars
  • Assist sales management in various tasks
  • Process sales paperwork
  • Process payments for contracts
  • General office duties and working knowledge of computers
  • Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic
  • Reliable, punctual with good work ethic
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong personal organization skills
