Our factory produces a wide range of custom wood parts and accessories using advanced techniques like the 32-millimeter system. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in preparing and checking each project for accuracy and quality before it heads to our clients’ homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tools to assemble products like drawers and doors.
• Inspect supplier components and ensure quality control.
• Prepare finished parts for installation.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Occasionally assist with deliveries to job sites.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English.
• Basic experience with hand and power tools.
• Woodworking experience is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform tasks like standing, kneeling, and reaching.
• US citizen or valid work visa. Must reside in the Greater Boston Area.
