Operations Manager

Our company, Closet Factory, is the custom storage solution authority serving the worldwide need for custom space organization throughout the home. We design, sell and install custom closets, home offices, garages, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves and more. Our products are of the highest quality. We have been in business for over 22 years and have locations across the country. We have experienced significant, long-term growth and as a result are searching for another member to add to our close-knit team of individuals to run the operations for the local facility. This full-time, permanent position is responsible for the Manufacturing and Installation teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing facility’s operations and employees 
• Managing the work schedule 
• Jobs being staged and prepared 
• Purchasing and Inventory Management 
• Problem resolution for clients on installations 
• Controlling Overtime 
• Quality Control 
• Machine Maintenance 
• Customer Satisfaction with all products 

Specific requirements: 

• Experience in the Woodworking field 
• Prior management experience (2 years or more a plus) 
• Experience working with 32 millimeter system 
• Some computer experience 
• Ability to read blueprints
