About the Role:
As a CSR Team Lead, you will manage and support a small team (2-3 CSRs) while handling key administrative and customer service functions. Your role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer interactions, and efficient scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a small team of CSRs to ensure top-notch customer service.
• Convert inbound leads into booked appointments for our sales team.
• Process customer payments and manage sales contract data entry.
• Oversee office supply orders and ensure the office runs smoothly.
• Provide scheduling and installation support to optimize workflow.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
