Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Schedule appointments and coordinate logistics
• Maintain and update customer databases with accuracy
• Prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-moving environment
• Ensure strong follow-through on customer requests and inquiries
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Engage with customers to promote our products/services positively
• Assist with promotional and company sponsored events
