Cutter / Pattern Maker

Are you able to look at a design and build a pattern? Do you understand the parts and pieces that go into the construction of a product? Do you sew? Are you comfortable working on computers? Do you have CAD experience?

If you can say yes to these questions, please apply. We are looking for someone who can review cabinetry designs for completeness, break a design into the parts that need to be constructed or purchased and communicate with different parties across the company. Our factory produces all of the wood parts for our custom designed cabinetry. Hardware & accessories are purchased. With each project, they modify the design as needed to ensure quality.

We design, sell, build and install custom closets, home offices, garages, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves, and more. Our products are of the highest quality. We have been in business for over 30 years and have locations throughout the country. We have experienced substantial, long-term growth and as a result are searching for another member to add to our close-knit team of people to manufacture and install our products.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
• Math competency including basic algebra is necessary.
• Familiarity with the metric system a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated, strong attention to detail is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• KCD Software Experience is a plus.
• Experience with any 3D CAD system a plus.
• Woodworking or cabinetry installation experience a plus.
