Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls with a warm, professional demeanor
- Schedule client appointments and follow up on inquiries
- Provide support and solutions to client requests
- Maintain accurate records and assist operations and sales staff
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
What We’re Looking For:
- High energy and enthusiastic phone communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Excellent organizational and basic math skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite
- Experience with phone sales and appointment scheduling
- Familiarity with Salesforce and QuickBooks Online is a plus
