Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Schedule client appointments and follow up on inquiries
  • Provide support and solutions to client requests
  • Maintain accurate records and assist operations and sales staff
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations

What We’re Looking For:

  • High energy and enthusiastic phone communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent organizational and basic math skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite
  • Experience with phone sales and appointment scheduling
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and QuickBooks Online is a plus
