Love meeting people and starting conversations? Closet Factory is seeking outgoing, motivated individuals to introduce homeowners to our custom organization solutions at retail locations and occasional community events.

Founded in 1983, Closet Factory has grown to more than 60 locations across North America. As we continue expanding our reach, you can help introduce more customers to personalized design, quality craftsmanship, and beautiful, functional spaces.

This is a relationship-building and lead-generation role—not high-pressure selling. You create the connection; our professional design team takes it from there.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Connect with shoppers. Start friendly conversations, ask about home organization needs, and build interest in a complimentary design consultation.
• Generate qualified leads. Collect accurate customer details and connect interested homeowners with our design team for complimentary consultations.
• Build retail relationships. Develop positive relationships with store associates and represent Closet Factory at assigned locations and events.
• Learn our difference. Use provided training and talking points to introduce Closet Factory, answer basic questions, and explain the complimentary consultation. No design experience required.
• Own your results.  Record leads and daily activity accurately, meet lead-generation goals, and participate in coaching.
• Event Preparation. Help prepare and maintain promotional Displays or event spaces when needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• People skills. Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable proactively engaging shoppers and starting conversations throughout the shift.
• Initiative and reliability. Self-motivated, professional, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Results focus. Energized by goals, customer engagement, and measurable success.
• Practical readiness. Basic smartphone/tablet skills; reliable transportation to assigned locations and events; availability to work evenings and weekends based on retail and event schedules.
• Relevant experience. Retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or sales experience is helpful—not required.
