What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting, Developing, and Growing Our In-home Sales Team of 20+ Reps.

  • Coaching Designers Through 1-on-1 Sessions (8+ per Week) and Group Training.

  • Building Strong Individual Relationships While Holding People Accountable.

  • Recruiting, Interviewing, Onboarding, and (When Needed) Offboarding Team Members.

  • Enforcing and Reinforcing a Proven, Process-driven Sales System.

  • Collaborating Cross-functionally with Other Departments to Ensure Team Success.

  • Handling Conflict Proactively with Radical Candor and Professional Clarity.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 Years Experience Managing Salespeople.

  • 2–5 Years of Personal Sales Success (In-home or B2c Preferred).

  • Excellent Knowledge of Price Negotiations and Deal Structuring.

  • Utah-based Only – This Is an In-office, In-person Leadership Position.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel. CRM or Design Software Experience Is a plus.

  • College Degree Preferred but Not Required.
