Responsibilities

• Professionally greet customers in the lane for their appointment
• Assist customers by listening to their concerns about their vehicle
• Perform thorough check in process that includes an alignment check
• Communicate with Service Team and relay information back to the customer
• Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle and advise on any needed repairs
• Create repair orders and maintain service records with no mistakes

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills and interactions
• Excellent communication and organization skills among team members and clients
• Outgoing personality able to listen attentively
• Works great in a team environment
• Current valid driver’s license
• Must pass Physical and Background Check
