ClickPoint Software seeks a software configuration specialist. We are looking for a collaborative, self-directed learner with a penchant for problem-solving and software configuration that shows up to work daily with a positive attitude. This opening is an onsite position; at this time, we are not hiring for a remote position.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Configuration of our proprietary software to meet our customer's needs as well as suggesting best practices
  • Requires a deep understanding of the technical underpinnings of our software solutions and a high degree of mechanical interest 
  • Respond to the department’s needs by collecting information, analyzing, and problem-solving for customers.
  • Proactively communicate necessary details to cross-functional team members to ensure task completion.
  • Shepherd open issues and action items to ensure timely resolution.
  • Consult with technology teams to draft functional requirements per contract and client expectations.
  • Coordination with the development team on issue resolution and custom project quoting

Technical Expertise

  • Ability to work with the software development and quality assurance team to manage the QA process for customer customizations 
  • Ability to work with the management team to implement best practices
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate through various software solutions
  • Experience with Jira or similar task and issue management solution
  • Software business requirements documentation

General

  • Strong work ethic and a self-starter, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to make complex decisions quickly and decisively
  • Strong customer service skills and working with customers toward goals

Required Skills and Experience

  • Leadership position or management experience a plus  
  • Project management experience a plus
