Volkswagen of Gastonia is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service BDC Agent / Cashier to join our growing service team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping customers, and have strong communication skills, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments

• Follow up with customers via phone, text, and email

• Assist with service reminders and retention efforts

• Greet customers and handle cashier transactions efficiently

• Maintain accurate customer records in our system

• Work closely with service advisors to ensure a seamless experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Previous BDC, call center, or cashier experience preferred (automotive is a plus!)
