Compensation: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Description of the F&I Manager/Business Manager Role:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Establish and maintain customer-focused sales standards. Produce additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance products and other appropriate after-sales items to new and used vehicle customers.

Responsibilities of the F&I Manager/Business Manager:

• Work together with other members of the sales department to achieve the sales team's forecaster units
• Work with management team to maximize front and back-end profit
• Complete F&I documents with customers
• Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc
• Protect dealership by enforcing all corporate policies & procedures
• Maintain knowledge of legal, ethical, and moral standards for the F&I department
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with financial institutions and vehicle manufacturers 
• Maintain PVR and product penetration standards set by the management team
• Maintain Toyota's standards for data collection. Including but not limited to email capture rate
• Ensure salespeople are following dealership policies and procedures
• Ensure customer satisfaction ratings for the dealership meet or exceed the dealerships and Toyota's standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in finance and insurance management
• Strong negotiation skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
