RESPONSIBILITIES

Aggressively following up on leads to qualify, educate, and close deals via phone, email, and chat.

Handle quotes, objections, negotiations, and ensure execution.

Maintain and update CRM with sales pipeline and forecasts.

Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor tactics.

Meet or exceed sales targets and build a consistent revenue pipeline.

Attend trade shows and collaborate with Marketing to maximize opportunities.

Build long-lasting relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
-
1-3 years of sales experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
-
Previous experience working in telecommunications, SaaS, or technology companies.

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ChatGPT.

Familiarity with franchisor/franchisee relationships.
WORKSITE

Remote or hybrid after training visits to Southfield, Michigan headquarters.

Travel to attend conferences and company events.
