What You’ll Do

 

  • Present and explain financing options, vehicle protection products, service contracts, warranties, and other F&I products
  • Secure competitive financing and structure deals with banks, credit unions, and other automotive lenders
  • Review customer credit applications and determine appropriate financing options
  • Ensure all finance and sales documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
  • Work closely with the sales team and dealership leadership to maximize deal opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely funding of contracts
  • Meet and exceed dealership F&I performance, profitability, and product penetration goals
  • Stay current on lender programs, finance products, compliance requirements, and automotive industry trends
  • Deliver a professional, efficient, and customer-focused F&I experience
  • Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, work ethic, and attitude

 

 

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Previous automotive F&I Manager, Finance Manager, or dealership finance experience
  • Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lending, warranties, service contracts, and F&I products
  • Proven ability to generate strong F&I production and profitability
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
  • Knowledge of applicable automotive finance and compliance requirements
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Competitive, team-first mentality
  • Ability to take coaching, accept feedback, and continuously improve
