Earning potential is from $68,000 - $150,000 per year. Depending on experience. 

Brand New Dealership with All New Equipment

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic tests, identify mechanical and electrical problems, and repair Subaru vehicles.
• Conduct routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized tools to accurately assess and repair vehicles.
• Follow all established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and repairs.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Subaru technologies and repair procedures through training and online resources.
• Document all work performed accurately and completely.
• Road test vehicles to ensure proper operation after repairs.
• Collaborate with other technicians and service team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician, preferably with Subaru experience (preferred, but not required).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, brake, and suspension systems.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and specialized tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.  
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Technical school or equivalent training preferred.
