Detailer

We are looking for a Detailer who has exceptional 'hands on' technical ability, that goes hand in hand with a great work ethic, critical thinking and enjoys responsibility. Communication is highly important. Excellent written & oral communication is required. If you are able to deliver strong customer satisfaction consistently, are a motivated team player, are coachable, and have a desire to grow within a company, and willing to move up in the company. 

Responsibilities:

• Detailer will perform an array of tasks. Perform detailed hand wash, using various company solutions, may also wax and buff vehicles using microfiber cloths or machine.

• Perform detailed interior cleaning to company standard. Vacuum interior, remove dirt and debris, clean upholstery and surfaces, use air compressors and also apply surface protection.

• Ability to distinguish imperfections in your work, such as streaks on windows, smudges on painted surface, missed areas of vacuuming.

Requirements:

• Ability to detail and pay attention to the details, a strong eye and quick thinking.

• Ability to withstand the physical demand of this position that requires frequent moving and temperature changes. Bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and getting in and out of various vehicles.

• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work within the team including the public.

• Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.

• Work in a team-based environment and achieve common goals.

• Clean driving record is imperative.

• High School Diploma.

• Retail automotive service experience is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license in the country in which you are applying, 2 year minimum driving record required with a clean driving history, and ability to be insured.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
