Practice Manager

We're hiring for a practice manager at our dental office! We're looking for someone to lead the team and run the day-to-day at a busy practice.

Enjoy a four-day workweek, with the office closing at 4pm and a three-day weekend every week. Patients consistently mention in reviews how friendly and efficient our team is.

You'll do:

• Coach the team and hold everyone accountable
• Oversee scheduling, insurance verification, and collections
• Present treatment plans to patients
• Work with our Regional Director to solve operational challenges

You bring:

• 2+ years of dental experience preferred
• Leadership experience managing a team
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance and benefit breakdowns
• Clear communicator with both staff and patients
