Job Description
Ciocca Ford of York is actively seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician with experience performing A and B-level repairs. The ideal candidate is efficient, detail-oriented, and confident in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems. Job Type & Schedule

• Job Type: Full-time

• Schedule: Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays

• Location: In-person in York, PA

Work Requirements

• Ability to commute to York, PA

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Perform A and B-level mechanical repairs including brakes, suspension, cooling, drivability, electrical, and engine diagnostics

• Execute work orders efficiently and accurately based on manufacturer and dealership standards

• Diagnose customer concerns using appropriate testing and diagnostic tools

• Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed

• Work collaboratively with service advisors and other technicians

• Ensure a clean and safe work environment

• Participate in training programs to stay current with the latest technology

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience preferred

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and repair equipment

• Experience working on Ford vehicles is a plus

• ASE certifications or equivalent training preferred

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-driven environment
