We are seeking a sophisticated Head of New Client Development to manage our sales pipeline and build lasting partnerships with dealership owners and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Actively manage and prioritize high-volume leads directly from our CRM to identify viable business prospects.
  • Strategic Outreach to engage decision-makers
  • Discovery & Qualification: Conduct Discovery Calls to uncover client pain points, business goals, and budget alignment.
  • Deal Facilitation: Bridge the gap between interest and acquisition by scheduling Strategy Sessions for our Sales Director.
  • Collaborative Selling: Partner closely with the Sales Director to ensure a seamless handoff.

Who You Are

  • You have a proven track record in B2B sales

  • CRM Literate: You use data to track your performance and optimize your outreach.

  • You want to master an industry and grow your income through both new wins and residual commissions.

  • You have experience working within in name brand dealership. Service Drive is our sweet spot!
  • You can navigate complex conversations with executives and business owners with ease.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Stable Foundation: $60,000 base salary.

  • Growth Upside: Commission + Performance Bonuses (Top performers earn well into six figures).
