About the Role

We are seeking a sophisticated Head of New Client Development to manage our sales pipeline and build lasting partnerships with dealership owners and stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Actively manage and prioritize high-volume leads directly from our CRM to identify viable business prospects.
- Strategic Outreach to engage decision-makers
- Discovery & Qualification: Conduct Discovery Calls to uncover client pain points, business goals, and budget alignment.
- Deal Facilitation: Bridge the gap between interest and acquisition by scheduling Strategy Sessions for our Sales Director.
- Collaborative Selling: Partner closely with the Sales Director to ensure a seamless handoff.

You have a proven track record in B2B sales

CRM Literate: You use data to track your performance and optimize your outreach.

You want to master an industry and grow your income through both new wins and residual commissions.
- You have experience working within in name brand dealership. Service Drive is our sweet spot!

You can navigate complex conversations with executives and business owners with ease.
Compensation & Benefits

Stable Foundation: $60,000 base salary.
