Compensation: $130,000–$215,000 annually

That’s why we’re building a national team of Service Department Performance Coaches.

You’ll travel dealership to dealership across the US and Canada, helping leadership teams fix broken processes, grow profitability, and build cultures they can be proud of. Some weeks you’ll be on-site. Some weeks you’ll coach virtually. Every week, your work will matter.

You won’t be reading slides.

You won’t be “consulting from a distance.”

You’ll be in the trenches — side by side with Service Directors, Advisors, and Owners — turning chaos into systems and pressure into performance.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify operational gaps and profit leaks

  • Train advisors in selling and customer experience

  • Coach managers on leadership, accountability, and KPIs

  • Implement proven service systems

  • Help teams change behavior — not just numbers

Who this is for:

  • 5+ years as a top-performing Service Manager or Fixed Ops Director

  • Documented success in CSI/NPS, profitability, and team development

  • Someone who can walk into a new environment and earn trust

  • A leader who enjoys teaching what they’ve mastered

  • Willing to travel up to 3 weeks per month
