Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that match their preferences and budget.
• Facilitate test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new and used vehicle inventory, promotions, and dealership policies.
• Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or related retail sales environment is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in sales or automotive field is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
