We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our front office team and be the first point of contact for our valued customers.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Schedule repair appointments and manage the repair calendar.

  • Generate work order with proper documentation. 
  • Communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, and vendors to ensure proper documentation.

  • Provide estimates and explain repair processes to customers in clear, simple terms.

  • Update customers throughout the repair process regarding status and timelines.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and payment processing.

  • Support the shop manager and technicians with customer communication and workflow coordination.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service; auto body or automotive experience a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with shop management software.

  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
