Internet Sales Manager – Chevy Chase Acura

Chevy Chase Acura, a family-led and award-winning dealership serving the DC metro community since 1939, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Internet Sales Manager. This position is responsible for leading our Internet department, driving appointment conversions, and delivering an exceptional online-to-showroom experience. The Internet Sales Manager will coach a team of consultants, oversee CRM processes, and ensure every customer receives the premium experience Chevy Chase Acura is known for.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Internet department.

• Manage, train, and coach a team of sales consultants to achieve appointment and sales goals.

• Respond to and follow up with internet leads, phone calls, and CRM tasks in a timely and professional manner.

• Analyze buyer behavior and tailor communication to maximize engagement and trust.

• Monitor team performance, provide coaching based on call recordings, and ensure process compliance.

• Generate and track daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for accountability.

• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Marketing leadership to ensure consistent messaging and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain and update dealership CRM/DMS records to reflect accurate lead status and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven success in Internet/BDC Sales or Department Management (Automotive industry required).

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.

• Knowledge of dealership CRM/DMS systems (DriveCentric, Apollo, VinSolutions, DealerSocket, etc.).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong multitasking ability.

• Professional phone etiquette and basic computer proficiency.

• Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Range: $60,000 – $110,000 annually (salary + commission)

• Base salary plus commission on new/used vehicle sales

• Performance bonuses tied to closing ratio milestones

• Monthly earning potential at the top of the range with experience and results
