Chevrolet Of Troy is seeking a dedicated and motivated BDC Coach AKA manager to join our team in Troy, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Business Development Center team to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient lead management, driving dealership growth and success. Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor BDC team members to enhance their performance and professional development.
• Oversee daily operations of the Business Development Center, ensuring prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries.
• Analyze lead generation metrics and implement strategies to maximize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with sales and service departments to align goals and improve customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to dealership management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a BDC role or similar customer-focused position within the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. We use Vinsolutions. 
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve processes.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
• Provide monthly charts to leadership team
