Job Description:

Our Sales Team takes a consultative approach, ensuring an exceptional buying and ownership experience for every customer.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive on the lot, guiding them through the sales process.
• Proactively contact leads and customers via phone and email.
• Engage with potential buyers through social media platforms.
• Help customers find vehicles that meet their needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate vehicle features both on the lot and during test drives.
• Assist customers in completing their sales applications.

Qualifications:

• High energy and enthusiasm throughout the workday.
• Outgoing and friendly personality, even when handling sales objections.
• Strong customer service skills with a proven sales track record.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to persuade and overcome customer objections during the sales process.
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic focused on customer satisfaction.
