Description of the role:

The Front Office Manager at Chateau Beachfront Resort, BW Signature Collection in Panama City Beach, FL is responsible for overseeing all front desk operations, team management, customer service, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations and staff members
• Ensure high-quality customer service for all guests
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
• Train and onboard new front office employees
• Monitor and manage reservations and room assignments

Requirements:

• Prior experience in hotel front desk management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Proficient in hotel management software
• Ability to work flexible hours
