C. Harper Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, our newest state-of-the-art dealership in Belle Vernon, PA, is seeking an experienced, driven Service Advisor to join our growing team.

We operate a modern 18-bay service facility equipped to handle everything from routine maintenance to advanced diagnostics. Backed by a team of highly skilled, factory-trained Mopar technicians, our service department delivers the quality and expertise our customers demand. What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service department

• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds with customers to document condition and build trust

• Offer C. Harper Mopar maintenance packages based on manufacturer recommendations

• Upsell maintenance services and repairs to increase customer satisfaction and department growth

• Send digital quotes and multi-point inspection (MPVI) videos to customers to ensure trust and transparency

• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through excellent communication and service

• Prepare accurate repair orders and ensure customers understand recommended work

• Partner with our certified technicians to ensure timely, accurate repairs and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Automotive Service Advisor experience REQUIRED (Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram or Stellantis brand experience preferred)

• Strong sales and upselling ability with a proven track record of success

• Excellent communication and people skills with a customer-first attitude

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Professional appearance, reliability, and a drive for success

• CDK experience preferred
