Core Responsibilities:
- Respond to internet, live chat and phone inquiries promptly using phone, email and texting to generate sales appointments.
- Log daily sales lead activities in the CRM and follow up with customers who are not ready to make an appointment.
- Converting visitors into customers by building rapport, understanding their needs and interests, and pairing them with a vehicle best suited for their lifestyle.
- Perform professional vehicle demonstrations and organize test drives.
- Stay up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages, and latest vehicle technology.
- Assist customers with the completion of sales and financing paperwork.
- Deliver sold vehicles to the customer, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance to Payson, or be willing to relocate.
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone.
- The ability to think from the customer’s perspective to understand their concerns or objections and respond thoughtfully.
- An excellent work ethic and drive to achieve performance goals.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Hours and Work Environment:
We are open Monday – Friday from 8AM to 7PM and Saturday from 8AM to 5PM. We ask that all applicants have the availability to work any of the days and times listed above. This is an onsite position, and requires working both indoors and outdoors.
