Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with arranging the financing of their purchases, and present them with additional products to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
  • Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability.
  • Accurately structure automotive deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
  • Ensure all automotive transactions are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines.
  • Prepare paperwork and contracts in compliance with dealership and lender requirements.
  • Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2 or more years of dealership finance manager experience is required.
  • Fully proficient with financial compliance requirements.
  • Consistently demonstrates a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills, whether interacting with customers, lenders or dealership staff.
  • Influential with strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close deals.
  • Exhibits a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Hours and Work Environment:

We are looking for flexible candidates with open availability to work any of the following shifts: 8AM – 5PM, 10AM – 7PM and 12PM – 9PM. We are open Monday – Saturday and closed every Sunday. This is an onsite position working an office setting.
