Chapman Ford Pro Elite is hiring a Commercial Auto Sales Professional to join our team. We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional who thrives on building long-term business partnerships.
In this role, you will work with business owners and fleet clients to identify vehicle solutions that support their operations. This is an opportunity to build a book of business and grow your income in a high-demand commercial market.
Commission-only position | $120,000-$150,000+
What You’ll Do
• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and fleet clients
• Prospect new business through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate commercial vehicle solutions
• Present vehicle specifications, upfit options, and financing solutions
• Coordinate with management, finance, and service departments to support client accounts
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through delivery
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up communication
• Provide ongoing account support to generate repeat and referral business

What We’re Looking For
• Please apply only if you have prior experience as a Commercial Account Manager
• Minimum 2 years of commercial sales experience required
• Existing book of business is mandatory
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing a pipeline
• Proficient with CRM systems and basic computer applications
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Schedule & Work Environment
• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• One Saturday per month 9am-2pm
• Onsite at dealership, occasional outdoor when showing vehicles, occasional offsite trade shows
