The Fleet Service Advisor serves as the liaison between clients and technicians in the Service Department, educating clients on the fleet service process and technician recommendations. As a key contributor to the client experience, successful candidates must be collaborative, excellent communicators, and knowledgeable about fleet service processes.

Core Responsibilities:
- Schedule, confirm and prepare for client appointments, ensuring an efficient service experience.
- Determine vehicle needs based on client feedback, vehicle inspection, and current mileage and recommend additional services for optimal vehicle performance.
- Produce repair orders for clients including cost and time estimates, with full transparency.
- Communicate regularly with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of services.
- Prioritize required services and monitor the progress of vehicle repairs throughout the day, keeping clients informed throughout the repair process.
- Follow-up with clients upon completion of services to ensure satisfaction, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Automotive background: Ford Fleet Service experience is required.
- Character: Honesty, integrity and professionalism are non-negotiable.
- Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and provide tailored service solutions.
- Collaboration: Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with both clients and staff.
- Efficiency: Exhibits strong time management and organizational skills.
- Motivation: Driven and self-motivated to achieve individual and dealership goals.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Hours and Work Environment:
The Service Department is open Monday – Friday 7am to 6pm and Saturdays 7am to 2pm. Candidates should be available to work flexible hours on weekdays and rotating Saturdays. The Fleet Service Advisor primarily works in an office environment within the Service Department.
