Facilities Maintenance Assistant

Chapman Automotive Group is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Assistant to join our team! We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining safe, clean, and fully operational facilities.

In this role, you will support the Facilities Maintenance Manager across multiple dealership locations in Scottsdale, assisting with repairs, upkeep, and general maintenance tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a dynamic automotive organization.

Full-time position | $18-$21 per hour based on experience.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in performing routine maintenance and repairs across multiple dealership facilities
• Support the Maintenance Manager in tasks involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems
• Help maintain clean, safe, and operational service areas, showrooms, and office spaces
• Perform minor repairs, painting, and touch-ups under supervision
• Maintain organization of maintenance areas and supplies
• Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Transport tools, equipment, and materials between locations as needed
• Safely operate company-provided work truck on property
• Perform additional maintenance and operational tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of general maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of tools, building systems, and repair techniques
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and follow directions from senior team members
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Schedule & Work Environment

• This is a full-time position offering a Monday–Friday schedule; some weekends may be required on an as needed basis
• Work with a team responsible for maintaining four Chapman dealerships located at the Scottsdale Auto Show
• Active, hands-on environment across multiple facilities with frequent movement between locations
