Chapman Collision Center of Tempe is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support the office’s daily operations and deliver outstanding customer service. As the customer’s first point of contact, the Customer Service Representative will be welcoming, helpful and patient while assisting customers and educating them on the vehicle repair process.

Core Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they arrive and check in vehicles for repairs.
- Work closely with the estimator to move vehicles through each stage of the repair process, and provide customers with regular updates on the status of their vehicle.
- Update insurance companies and rental facilities on the status of vehicle repairs.
- Answer phone calls responding to inquiries in a professional, helpful manner or direct calls to the appropriate personnel for assistance.
- Deliver vehicles to customers when repairs are completed.
- Assist management with various clerical duties (sorting, filing, emails, etc.).
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, receptionist or administrative role required. Body shop experience is a plus!
- Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to maintain composure during stressful situations.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with CCC1 estimating software is a plus.
- The ability to think from the customer's perspective and show compassion as they navigate the vehicle repair process.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining good attention to detail.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Hours and Work Environment:
This is an onsite position working in an office environment and occasionally in the shop collaborating with technicians and estimators, and assisting customers in person and over the phone. Hours are Monday – Friday 8AM to 5pm.
