Core Responsibilities:

• Check in parts shipments and verify parts numbers against orders to ensure the correct parts are received.
• Invoice parts into the database, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Label and stage parts for technicians.
• Assist with ordering parts and parts returns.
• Maintain a clean, organized parts warehouse and parts carts (ensure parts are tagged and stored in correct locations, break down boxes and packaging materials for disposal, etc.)

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience working in a warehouse receiving or inventory role is a plus, but not required.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and data entry) are necessary.
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in fast-paced environment.
• Physical requirements include the ability to lift at minimum 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Hours and Work Environment:

This is a full-time position offering a Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM schedule, working in a climate-controlled indoor shop and warehouse environment. Occasional outdoor work is required when receiving parts shipments.
