Core Responsibilities:
- Perform multi-point inspections, taking detailed notes of vehicle condition and recommended maintenance for the Service Advisor to communicate to the customer.
- Perform oil changes and install new oil filters and drain plugs.
- Check and replenish vehicle fluids.
- Check and replace batteries as needed.
- Rotate, mount and balance tires according to vehicle specifications.
- Complete minor services such as replacing filters, wiper blades, etc.
- Maintain a clean, safe workstation.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Formal automotive training or hands-on experience performing oil changes, basic maintenance, or minor repair work is required.
- ASE certified is preferred.
- Thorough workmanship and excellent attention to detail, ensuring high quality work.
- Demonstrates efficient work habits and strong time management.
- Good attendance, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills are necessary to document inspection findings and work performed.
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Hours and Work Environment:
The Service Department is open Monday – Friday 7am – 6pm and Saturday 7am – 5pm. We are seeking flexible candidates available to work various shift based on business needs. Our technicians enjoy a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled shop.
