BMW Shuttle Driver

Chapman Automotive Group is hiring a Shuttle Driver to join our team! We’re looking for a reliable, safety-focused individual who enjoys working with people and supporting dealership operations in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will transport employees between dealership locations and other designated areas, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient travel. This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive team and contribute to daily operations behind the scenes.

Full-time position | $16.50/hour

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport employees between dealership locations and other assigned destinations in a multi-passenger vehicle
• Provide professional, courteous interaction with all team members
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting the shuttle as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the shuttle vehicle
• Monitor vehicle maintenance needs and report any issues promptly
• Follow all traffic laws and dealership safety protocols
• Coordinate routes and schedules to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
• Assist with additional driving tasks or errands as needed

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous driving or delivery experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Friday from 6:15am–2:15pm
• Onsite role at Chapman BMW Camelback in Phoenix
• Role requires extended periods of driving a multi-passenger vehicle
• Frequent entry and exit of the vehicle and time spent outdoors in varying weather conditions
