BMW Service Technician

Chapman BMW on Camelback is hiring a BMW Service Technician to join our team! We’re looking for a highly skilled technician with strong BMW experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is committed to delivering top-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services.

In this role, you will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and complex repairs on BMW vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a professional, employee-focused dealership.

Full-time position | Up to $45 per flag hour (DOE & certifications)

What You’ll Do

• Test, diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C
• Perform detailed vehicle inspections and communicate recommended services to Service Advisors
• Accurately document inspection findings, service recommendations, and completed work
• Complete repairs as outlined on repair orders in accordance with dealership standards
• Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
• Ensure all work meets BMW quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2+ years of BMW technician experience
• ASE and/or BMW certifications strongly preferred
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays
• Onsite role at Chapman BMW on Camelback
• State-of-the-art, air-conditioned shop
• Collaborative, fast-paced team environment
