Automotive Service Technician

Chapman BMW Chandler is hiring an Automotive Service Technician to join our team! We’re looking for a skilled, motivated professional with strong diagnostic and repair experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and complex repairs while working in a large, well-equipped shop with a strong customer base. This is an opportunity to grow your career within a high-performing dealership environment.

Full-time position | $80,000–$170,000+ annually (commission/flag hour pay structure)

What You’ll Do
• Test, diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C
• Perform detailed vehicle inspections and document findings with accuracy
• Communicate additional repair needs and estimated timelines to Service Advisors
• Complete work according to repair orders and dealership processes
• Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
• Maintain a high level of productivity and quality in all repairs

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair
• Previous BMW certification highly preferred
• ASE certifications a plus
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-up
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Schedule & Work Environment
• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 5-day workweek with flexible scheduling
