Chapman Las Vegas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is looking for a customer-focused Receptionist to join our Service Department team! As a key contributor in the customer experience, the Receptionist will provide friendly and helpful assistance to ensure every guest enjoys a positive dealership experience. In this role you will also support the administrative functions of the Service Department.

Core Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in person and over the phone, assisting with questions and scheduling service appointments.
- Make outbound calls to schedule service for recalls, declined services and past due appointments.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and department goals by consistently demonstrating professionalism and a helpful attitude.
- Manage fleet of loaner vehicles.
- Assist with filing customer repair orders and other clerical tasks.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience working in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred, but not necessary.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Strong computer and administrative skills.
- Good time management with the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Dedicated to providing outstanding customer support.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Hours and Work Environment:
The Service Department is open Monday – Friday 7am to 6pm and Saturday 7am to 5pm. We are looking for flexible candidates to work various shifts during the department’s business hours. The Service Receptionist will work in an office setting.
