Core Responsibilities:
- Greet clients as they arrive in the service drive and confirm scheduled services, notate any vehicle concerns the customer has, and write work orders.
- Advise customers of necessary service and technician recommendations, provide estimates for repairs, obtain customer authorizations, and collect payments.
- Prioritize required services and monitor the progress of vehicle repair throughout the day, keeping customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
- Foster customer loyalty through outstanding customer service and rapport.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous Service Advisor/Writer experience at a luxury brand dealership is required.
- Customer service: demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored service solutions.
- Collaboration: excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with both customers and team members.
- Efficiency: exhibits strong time management and organizational skills.
- Motivation: Self-motivated to achieve individual and dealership goals.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
