Social Media Content Producer

We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Content Producer to join our dynamic marketing team in Miami/ Doral area. This role is responsible for concepting, producing, and editing high-quality, engaging video and photo content to support digital marketing and social media strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bringing the brand experience to life through compelling storytelling and eye-catching visuals, enhancing customer engagement and driving brand loyalty across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and edit content tailored for social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and overall campaign messaging.
- Oversee the complete post-production process including video editing, sound design, motion graphics, and delivery of high-quality visual assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, PR, and creative to develop content strategies and execute visually compelling campaigns.
- Customize and optimize content for each social media platform to maximize reach and engagement.
- Maintain and organize a digital asset library for efficient access and reuse across initiatives.
- Support additional creative needs and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of professional experience in video editing and image retouching.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous video and visual content for digital and social media.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects; knowledge of Illustrator and Media Encoder is a plus.
- Strong grasp of color theory, video export settings, and digital media encoding formats.
- Experience tailoring video for digital distribution across multiple platforms.
- Solid understanding of storytelling, editing, and visual narrative.
- Familiarity with video production, non-linear editing, and broadcast-quality standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take and build on creative direction while delivering polished, high-quality work.
- Prior experience in the travel, cruise, or hospitality industries is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven collaboration skills and ability to present ideas to stakeholders, including senior leaders.
Location & Schedule:
- This is a hybrid role based in Doral, FL, requiring in-office presence three days a week (Tuesday–Thursday).
- Starting in 2027, the position will shift to on-site at our new headquarters in Miami, FL.
