Cavalier Mazda is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales performance, coach and develop Product Specialists, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. 

What You Will Do 

Lead showroom operations, structure deals, appraise trades, support customer interactions, coach sales staff, ensure CRM accountability, and partner with Finance to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability. 

Qualifications 

3+ years of automotive sales leadership experience, strong closing and desking skills, CRM proficiency, leadership ability, and a valid driver license.
