What you’ll do:
- Assists in multiple financial processes that ensure accurate, timely financial statement and program reports.
- Review and enter invoices with appropriate coding and approvals; maintain organized, accurate records.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, resolve billing issues, and support year-end 1099 reporting and compliance.
- Review, process, and reimburse mileage and other employee expense reports in accordance with agency policies.
- Oversee the agency monthly credit card reconciliation including receipt collection, coding, and timely review of cardholder transactions.
- Support compliance with internal credit card policies and resolve discrepancies with cardholders.
- Reconcile daily donation activity and merchant services transactions with bank deposits, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare account reconciliations and supporting schedules; assist in finance monthly close processes.
- Support external audits and monitoring visits by gathering documentation and preparing requested materials.
- Assist with financial tracking related to grants and donor funding by maintaining proper documentation and coding.
- Maintain accurate and confidential financial records in compliance with agency policies and funder requirements.
- Attend fiscal and administrative workshops or training as required by funding agencies or internal leadership.
- Participate in special projects and other accounting tasks assigned by the Finance leadership team members.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Required:
- Associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
Preferred:
- Non-profit accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience with fund accounting or grant tracking.
