As a Service Advisor at Castle Subaru and Kia, you'll manage the flow of the service drive while making sure every customer receives prompt, professional, and friendly service. You'll own the customer experience from check-in to delivery, answer questions anout vehicle concerns, warranties, and repairs, and help ensure technician time is used efficiently. You'll work closely with the shop and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.

What You'll Need

• Previous Service Advisor/Writer experience, minimum of 2 consecutive years
• Subaru/Kia experience is preferred
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Consistent record of service and sales success
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
• Team oriented and self-motivated
• Able to work with little supervision
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Service Advisor: $61K - $83K, up to $120K annually for top performers
