What You'll Do: 

As a Parts Manager, you'll oversee the parts department, be responsible for inventory control, purchasing, profitability, and staff management to support technicians and customers. You'll work to maximize sales, manage stock, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• Prior experience as a Parts Manager and/or Parts Counterperson
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach parts staff
• Desire to improve and enhance processes to make parts department more efficient
• Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment
• Interpersonal and time management skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Parts Manager: $700+ weekly salary plus commission
Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts
