Are you looking for a new opportunity in social? Castle Automotive Group is a multi-rooftop automotive group that also runs e-commerce operations (parts, accessories, etc.). We’re looking for a hybrid paid social / analytics pro who lives in the data but also isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty managing campaigns.

As a Digital Paid Social Specialist, you will own paid social campaigns from end to end: strategy, setup, optimization, reporting, and scaling. You will dig into the numbers, test new ideas, and work cross-functionally with creative, SEO, and operations teams. Your domain will be automotive and e-commerce — you’ll already know the levers, metrics, and pitfalls in both verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid social media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, LinkedIn where relevant)
  • Build audience targeting strategies (lookalikes, interest, custom, retargeting)
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns: budget pacing, bid strategy, creatives, placement shifts
  • Run A/B tests on ad creative, audience, copy, and formats
  • Build dashboards and reports (Looker Studio, Power BI, Data Studio) to track KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, etc.)
  • Analyze channel performance and translate into actionable insights
  • Coordinate with creative team for ad development and iteration
  • Stay on top of trends in automotive, e-commerce, and paid social (platform algorithm changes, new ad formats)
  • Work closely with leadership to forecast budgets, allocate spend, and plan scaling
  • Oversee compliance, ad policy, and campaign QA
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience managing paid social campaigns
  • Proven track record in automotive and e-commerce verticals
  • Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and other social ad platforms
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with spreadsheets, data tools, and dashboards
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills — you’ll be reporting to leadership and interfacing with creative/operations
  • Ability to multitask, pivot quickly, and manage multiple campaigns concurrently
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with SKAGs, campaign structure best practices
  • Exposure to programmatic or display advertising
  • Familiarity with first-party data, audience platforms, CDPs
  • SQL or ability to work with data engineers
  • Experience with automotive inventory feeds, DMS integrations, or dealership digital marketing

Digital Paid Social Specialist: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts
