Automotive Service Dispatcher

Casey Chevrolet is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Automotive Service Dispatcher to join our team!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating workflow between service advisors and technicians to ensure the shop operates efficiently and provides timely service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch repair orders to technicians based on skill level and workload
• Monitor shop workflow and technician productivity
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians throughout the day
• Keep track of repair order status and job progress
• Help maintain an organized and efficient shop environment
• Communicate delays and scheduling needs to management
• Write repair orders for internal shop work

Qualifications:

• Automotive dealership or repair shop experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive repair terminology
• Experience with dealership management software is a plus
• Ability to work well with technicians and service advisors
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Pay range: $50,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time. Monday-Saturday between the hours of 7:00 am-6:00 pm
